Suspension help...

I have a 1966 c10 lwb While I was trying to rebuild the lower control arms I noticed that the bushing hole was stripped on the control arm, so it cant properly tighten them. I have been looking online for some new control arms for my truck but the price and lead time for shipping is to much/long..... I was wondering if I can use the 73-87 upper and lower control arms with my 66 ball joints and steering linkage, I'd like to add that i have part # swbk-6d6370 the disk break conversion kit with the 2.5 drop spindles from performance online if that helps or makes a diffrence.
