54 Door Window Track Felt
I'm helping put a 54 back together and the door window felt kit the shop gave me with the truck just don't seem to fit the door very well and are causing the glass to bind as you try to roll up the window.
I'm much more familiar with the 67-72 trucks. Any pointers on this or best place to buy this window felt. I know that on my 71 some of these repo parts were way better from one vendor vs the next. Any help or advice is appreciated.

I started the rebuild (or take apart) in 1993. I have drug it around all over the country in pieces. Finally back on the road in 2021. "I can't complain, but sometimes I still do.
