Holley twin barrel carb - rebuild?
I've been cleaning up various aspect of my 1953 5-window before I attempt to start its long dormant engine (close to ten years). I've drained and changed the oil and spin-on oil filter, sent the radiator out for cleaning, testing and painting, installed a new water pump and timing cover, crank seal, and gasket, removed the spark plugs - bore scoped the cylinders, and shot a teaspoon full of Marvel Mystery oil into each cylinder, cranked the engine manually a few times, removed the cab fuel tank and rubber and hard fuel lines, and have looked at the carb since it is fed air via a McCulloch supercharger.
Under the aluminum cap over the carb, I found a two barrel Holley 2300 carb. Given the condition of the rubber fuel lines feeding the mechanical fuel pump, I'm wondering about the condition of the internals of this carb. Has anyone ever rebuilt one of these? Aware of any shops in the Dallas area that can knowledgeably rebuild one? Here is a pic or two-
