Truck Intake Shave

Well here is my approach so far. I saw quite a few vids on it with no one really explaining it start to finish (particularly on the MAP / PCV). I wasn't a fan of the melting the plastic method either. I decided to glass it for strength, rigidity and safety. I was concerned with little plastic bits breaking off into the intake.

Doing a youtube series on it. Pretty exciting - love how its turning out.
