Anyone insulated inside of doors with Dynamat

Has anyone insulated the inside of the doors??

I'm asking not so much for heat reduction, but for some sound deadener.

When I close my doors, it sounds like an empty oil drum.

I was told that just a few pieces of dynamat, placed i a couple of locations, will help.

Will the dynamat possibly interfere with the window operation??

Any responses will be appreciated.
