Good Deal?

Hey guys, went to my local wrecking yard the other day and spotted a complete 88 + chev pickup, not Vortec, but the rest of the motor was complete. Has serp, and was a TBI pickup with a 700r4. Do you guys think that the entire motor (pan to intake manifold) is worth 145 bucks? Only reason why I am thinking about it is that the more I've been thinking about it, the more I want to build myself a roller Vortec 383, this block has the roller stuff, one piece main seal, knock sensor installed, 02 sensor, and a bunch of other sensors that I need for my TPI anyways.

I'd basically get everything but the throttle body, and one exhaust manifold that is missing already. The truck seemed to be in decent shape, but had some dark fluid on the pan of the tranny, so I can only assume that its in the yard becuase the tranny died. Probally take me a couple hours to remove it, just toss it straight into the back of the GMC, and head home with it.
