recomend me a radiator

i have a 1972 k20 with a 350 sbc motor. the truck has a/c and auto transmission. the previous owner did not upgrade the cooling system when he made modifications to the truck. so i have some cooling issues. im looking for a heavy duty radiator since i live in the desert. we average 115 -118 most summer days. i found two options for similar price and want to know the best option.

option #1 new copper 4 core radiator from local auto store.

option#2 two core aluminum radiator with 1.25 inch tubes.

both options will have the built in oil cooler lines.

also anybody know of a good 7 blade fan with at least 2 1/2 inch pitch for a severe duty clutch?
