Body Panel Alignment Problem

Hellow Guys,

Have any of you been face with a rear panel that did not align properly with the door because of body mount? I am looking a blazer that has about an 1/8 of an inch gap between the top weather strip and the window (when it is let all the way up). I am wondering could it be a worn out body mount.

I know it could be several other things, but what are the chances of the body mount being one of them. I will welcome all other possibilities.
