Thumbs up Thumbs up to Federal Mogul/Carter

As some of you might know, I got a 454 for my K20. Did the engine build up first then the slow body work began. I bought all the engine parts about 2 years ago but engine hasn't been fired up yet so all the parts are unused. Went to hook up the fuel line to the Federal Mogul/Carter mechanical fuel pump 3 Saturdays ago only to find a crack in the casting on the fuel inlet on the pump for the line from the tank. I called JEGS and they said the couldn't help me as the product was purchased about 2 years ago. They recommended I contact Federal Mogul/Carter. Took a few calls to them but finally a Regional Service Rep called me and has a replacement fuel pump on the way.

Customer service is important to me so just wanted to pass along that they stood behind a product when they probably didn't have to.
