How much would you give?

I've been thinking about selling my truck and was wondering how much i could get for it. It is a 1968 GMC C-10 Custom 2WD, 1/2 Ton, LWB, fleetside. It has a 396 that was bored to a 402 with a Holley 4-barrel carb feeding it gas. It also sports an Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold #7164??. The engine was rebuilt and has 10,000 miles on it. Total miles are 150,000. It has a straight body with a few dents here and there. New oak wood bed. Going to get new seats(has buckets), it could use a new paint job but doesn't need it. Needs new tailgate(was rearended) Was tested and has 350 H.P. Gets 8 miles to the gallon for gas. I think thats about it. Respond with questions or with how much you would give for my truck.
