Arrow 67-72 body on 1980 frame

Since I'll probably never find a 1/2 ton 4x4 SWB for a reasonable price, I'm thinking of buying a 1980 (350/350/NP205) 1/2 ton 4x4 with a trashed body, and replacing it with a clean 67-72 body. How difficult would it be? I know some of you have already done this, so any advice would be appreciated.
