4x4 Frame questions

Will a '67-'72 cab fit on a '73+ 4x4 Frame.

I know that the rear cab mounts are different - the 67-72 mount outside the frame and the 73+ mount inside. which would be an easy fix...just get some mounts off a 67-72 and put them on the outside.

any other differances? Wheelbase? Width? Length? is the "kickup area" on a differant angle?
