So I finally got to start on the passenger side floor today. I took off the remaining rocker panel and started on the piece that will replace the lower door post that is rotted out. Check it out.

Also check out the metal work on the section of the door pillar replacment panel where the flange for the front fender bolts at. I made a "mod" to it so it can look like the original instead of looking like a dumbo ear.
