Gas Mileage help!! - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Since I've got my 89 K5 Silverado I've been getting about 10MPG. I have 33-12.5-15 tires(it was getting about the same MPG with 31's), 3.42 gears, still got the auto hubs, TBI 350-700R4(rebuilt), and 131K miles on the clock.

Things I've done- New air filter,(wasnt one on there when i bought the truck), new fuel pump, filter, and tank. Since I've changed the tank, pump, and filter I havent checked the mileage yet(just done yesterday).

What can I do for better MPG, or is 10 about the best i can get?
