Anyone have pictures of Highlander buckets?
I just purchased a 72 4x4 400/th350/np205 lifted alot and 39.5" tires. It has some newer '80s style buckets in it that are not the best condition. Oh and no rear bench.
I have a good friend who just picked up a parts Blazer from down in South Texas. It was a 76 model but it had these really cool looking buckets and bench in it. they are white or parchment in color vinyl seats with the insets having a really late '60s early '70s kind of plaid cloth in an orangish green and brown patern. I wish I had some pictures to show you. but I haven't gone to get them from him yet. I did buy them and I know they were probably not original to the 76. You see the floors of the 76 were rusted really bad and the buckets were welded to what was left of the floor. The rear bench has same color combo and has the white/parchment arm rest with the ashtray inset. Could these be 1972 Highlander buckets? They are low back and the same shape I have seen in some other '70s model Blazers. Anyone have any pictures of the color trim combo??? Thanks for the help. And hey at 50 bucks I can't complain. the brackets are probably worth that alone.
