How far gone is too far?

I have a 67 chevy 1/2 ton 250 inline 6 in tenn that has been in my family for the last 27 years. My dad and I were going to restore it but he got sick and passed before we could do anything to it. I dont have pics of the truck but from what I remember the floorboard was almost half gone on the drivers side, pass side was maybe 1/3rds gone, wood bed was toast, and the cab corners were fine. Also I noticed on the upper drivers side where the windshiled is there was some rust starting. So I guess I am asking is this repairable.
