Body Lift Tutorial.

I have done some searching around but yielded nothing so far. I am sure I could probably figure it out given enough time ; But I am using a buddy's,dad's shop with a lift and I only have a matter of hours to do both the body and suspension lift. I'd like to get it all done in one shot so being familiar would help a lot. The concept is simple but the different bolt locations and details well...aren't so obvious. If any of you guys have a link or something it would be much appreciated.
