Voltage Gauge Needed, I Think

Looking for a voltage gauge for my '91 Suburban which I believe would be the same from similar trucks with such a gauge. Need one from someone who know the gauge to be good. My dash gauge shows 10 - 11 volts running with front and rear air on, with headlights. With engine off volt/ohm meter shows battery at 12.35 volts. Running the engine, a volt/ohm meter shows 14.15 to 14.25 volts so I would assume the alternator is doing it's thing. Yet when looking at my dash gauge it shows 10+, maybe 11 volts. Lights and air fan do not appear to be affected by a low voltage output. Has to be a gauge problem, right?
