Yeah, the wheel should fit on the hub if I was informed correctly. I bought a used 3 spoke wheel already mounted to the hub, and was informed by the seller it was on a 67 camaro hub but haven't had a chance to install it yet. I just checked a camaro parts place and they list a different hub kit for 67-68 than 69+. So if I was told true info, you need a 67-68 camaro hub kit to correctly fit the truck column diameter. If you go on Early Classic Enterprises website and look up the red 68 they restored there are pics of the wheel you are looking at. Here is a pic that shows the slightly bigger hub (non-67) :

Of course, I havent had a chance to actually try this out yet, so you might want to check this out better before buying if there is a parts dealer in your area.
