Had my 98 Tahoe at the shop for an engine light and asked them to check the brakes and give me a quote. They came back and said I did need front brakes and my tires rotated. When I picked the truck up after the work they said, 'Oh by the way a lug was broke on the rear so we add a replacement to your bill.' I told them bulls#!t. If it was broken before you worked on it you would have told me when I was given the estimate. I finally got out of them that they broke it with an impact.
DO NOT LET A SHOP USE AN IMPACT ON YOUR LUGS. Aaron
