How Do My Trim Hole Welds Look?

Its been many years since I have done ANY welding.
I just got the millermatic 175 and these are my first welds. I had a few tough spots in the begining trying to get the heat and wire speed right but thought they started to look ok after awhile. So whadda ya think? Opinions? Tips?
