Crooked Bed or Mis-Aligned Frame???

I was sitting out by the truck today with a friend of mine and he told me my bed was on the truck crooked. I got to looking and sure enough the bed is not on the truck straight. It's closer to the cab on one side than it is on the other. I know that it was taken off before I got it, because it was painted. My question is, when you remove and replace the bed on a truck, is there any adjustability in it so that you can square up the bed with the cab? Thanks.
