New Seats ! What am I in for?

I ordered front seats for my 69'. They are out of a 2004 Chevy truck. Dark gray cloth with the "flip-up" seat in the middle and built in seat belts. What kind of trouble will I have mounting them? For those that have installed: Did you put the seats all the way back on the sliders and then up against the back of the cab and drill/bolt/set? Any spacers required?

I'm pumped about getting them ! Full power and lumbar....I do plan on having to move the column up a little to make "belly room". Also, I'll be putting some large 1/4" plates below the floor to bolt through for support in case of accident.

Just wondering how you set them up before you drilled the holes.
