Tranny linkage question
Does anyone have photos of 71 and/or 72 shift linkages? My72 with a turbo 350 has a linkage that runs strait from the column to the tranny, but my 71 parts truck has a linkage that runs to a pivot bracket that is mounted on the frame. Which is better/more reliable. The strait link feels funny sometimes like it is not a positive positioning and will maybe move, if that makes any sense.
