Joining the K5 club
You guys were having way too much fun over here, so I had to join you.
  I have been here for a while with my truck, but have recently purchased my first K5. I didn't need another project, but couldn't pass it up. It has it's share of rust, but is mechanically sound, (drives better than my DD), is pretty original, my color,  , and the wife loves it.  For now, my plan is to tune it up, take the ugly front bumper off, add some center caps & trim rings, fix a few other things here and there, and drive it. Hopefully I can restore it one day. It came with another one for parts, but the body is shot. I will part it when I have time.
