I'd keep the tweeters and fronts as far up front as possible. The way someone explained it to me is you don't go and sit with your back to the band at a concert, so why do you need rear speakers? If the front soundstage is setup properly you'll not need them.

surround sound. I never went to a concert for the great accoustics. Live shows are a blast, but not because it sounds good.
