Are 74 and 77 cabs the same?

I think they are the same in every respect but wanted to make sure . I found a very solid 74 GMC Sierra Super that has a bad engine . The hood , doors , and cab are basically perfect . If I buy it I am going to use the cab and hood on my 77 Short bed frame . I have GM doors and fenders that have been waiting for the right cab since my original 77 was from up north and the cab is bad . How much are 74 doors worth and a nice LWB bed ? Frank
