Just got my 86 up and running. I'm trying to get the cruise to work and it doesn't seem to engage. everything is hooked up correctly. I only have a question about the light blue wire from the brake light switch. I unplugged the factory TCC wiring and cut the light blue wire that goes to the brake switch. In my manual I see there is a light blue wire that goes to the cruise actuator. I believe these wires are in the same circuit? I will do the diagnosis in the book but I can't find anymore info on the light blue wire. Any help

I'm gonna go check it for voltage.
