How do I get this lower

I need some help and input. This is my 71 Cheyenne Short box. I have bagged the front and rear. I also have 2.5" drop spindles on the front. This a coil spring truck with the trailing arms. I put a set of new snubbers in just incase I lose a bag. This way I can drive it on to a trailer. The rear end is sitting very close to the underneath of the bed.. The front tires sit to close the inner fender wells. I want to go lower but do not want to cut up the truck. Any ideas???? If I have someone Z the frame do I have to lose the inner fenders and cut the bed???
Thanks
