Well I'm sorry, man. It worked for my car, but like I said, I ended up toasting the compressor. Still worked, but made many an unpleasant noise until I removed some charge. After that it just made racket when I first turned it on. They don't like to be overpressurized. My post wasn't meant to suggest what somebody *should* do, but rather, what they *shouldn't.* Guess I should have made that more clear. OTOH better spending the $30 on 134 than $100 or more for a compressor.
I'm also not *remotely* an expert. I just tried this and that and, so far, had good luck overall.
