Good frame paint over Eastwood RE ???
Painted frame with one coat of Eastwoods Rust Encapsulator. I want to topcoat it with something. They suggest their chassis black, but I can also buy chassis black local much cheaper. Don't want to spend a ton, but what would be good over the top ? Thanks.
