Rear end gear info needed:

I'm looking for first hand experiences from people that have "had" a 3:08 gear ratio and switched to 4:11's.
I'm a little disappointed in my new engine setup and im sure these 308's are killing the engine's HP/Torque.... I just haven't had the time or money to change them out yet. I fully understand the drawbacks to running the 4:11's, thats not what im asking for lol. I'm after performance and that alone. Screw gas mileage, screw highway driving

For those that have done this change, what kind of "WOW" factor are we talking about?

Funny, I've been in the automotve repair biz for 12 years but havent had the chance to swap up or down gear sizes... Just repair whats there. So I haven't felt this change first hand.
