Finally found a truck to fix

Hello everyone, I finally found a good starter truck to hopefully try and restore. This is my third and best one so far, I have 2 71 1/2 tons 4x4 and one 70 1/2 ton 2wd. I will try and get some pics of it soon. Its a 71 4x4 w/a 350 4spd. Seems to be a pretty solid truck but haven't had much time to really get in it. Alot of little stuff wrong right now, wipers, heater stuff like that.
I have put the hei in it and is running good, but I have one questions hopefully someone could help me out on. When I make a left turn there is a grinding noise coming from the front end. Can someone point me in the right direction?
I will be doing all the work on it myself so I am sure I will have some more questions soon.
thanks
rik
