Body work before or after replacing body mounts?

I did search but didn't come up with much... It makes since to me to go ahead and replace the body mounts before I start doing the bodywork on my blazer. but I wanted to get your guys' opinions.

I don't have a bunch of work to do... new rocker panel and some floor pan repair (about a 1"x2" hole) on the drivers side, and a small hole (1"x1") on the passenger side. so its isnt like I am replacing a whole lot... but I still want to know if i should do it before or after I replace the body mounts... Thanks alot!
