Removing the ignition switch tumbler.....
I have done this before years ago...but its been a while. If I remember correcttly, you use a paper clip in the two small holes in the chrome housing to remove the tumbler.
Does anyone know ?? Does the ignition have to be in a certain spot (off, acc, ign) When the truck was given to me, it came with no keys....and I could start it with no keys...but the ignition only goes to off..not to lock. I bought a complete lock kit from Truck Stop.....Does anyone know how to do this ??? Thanks guys.... John
