Dealer installed 4-way flashers

Well, while looking in a box of parts that was with the truck, I found a flarestat 4 way flasher, exactly like this one on e-bay, even has the flasher thingy itself


Anyways, I was not going to incorporate it into the new wiring harness b/c I thought it was not a factory thing, but now I would like to use it since I found out it was a delaer thing.

What would be the best way to incorporate it into the painless harness? How was it installed originally (steering column connector?)

any help would be appreciated
