howdy ya'll

was told to stop by this site...so here i am..always looking for new sites that can help me or if i can offer help to others..
anyway i picked up a new toy this summer,,sorry no pics,,i need to go take abunch of them so will get some posted in the next couple of days...
anyway my new toy is a 1968 gmc 1/2 ton lwb. it doesnt have a motor in it,,they said the thre a rod awhile back and it hasnt been on the road in awhile..
it has a turbo 350 tranny in it,,body is pretty solid from what i can tell at a glance..floor boards are solid..i can work with it,,ive brought home worse..right now im up in the air on the motor,,my baby is my84 3/4 ton 454 truck...she has a 454 in her,,and im really thinkng on pulling th 454 to put in my 68..if i got this route i got a turbo 400 to go behind it.

i want to convert the front drums to disks this next year i hope..the main thing is to just get it up and running..oh yeah,,i believe it has factory power steering in it...anyway i will have to get detailed pics of it and send ya'll a link..
