Rear drums beginning to really get to me....

Ok, so i was out yesterday int eh garage swaping out the new parking break cables for my 2wd '66 c10. I do the drivers side rear in no ime and start on the other side. I tried for litterally an hour to get the blasted drum off, and i still cannot get it off. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get it off? Its also a nice 17 degrees here right now, so my fingers are gonna be real cold ........ Thanks, Brad...
