Talking Roll pan hidden hitch

Does anyone have a hidden hitch installed behind a roll pan? I need dimensions of a hidden hitch. I have a Class III from a 88-99 truck that I plan to modify to fit my Chevy. After the last towing incident. I need a hitch in the rear. I can insert a bar and have someone else push the truck off the street. Now I'm off to fix the Chevy. Poor truck its been parked outside for almost 1.5 weeks. It should be running by the end of the day through. The city just opened up some new toll rodes! The roads are free for a few more weeks. Nothing but 1/4 miles and top speed runs.
