Does a "spray in liner" make a SHOW truck less valuable?

I'm talking about customized SHOW trucks here (not daily drivers or haulers). I realize the benefits for people who use their truck but want to know what yall's opinions are on customized ones. If your bed was pristine and you were painting the truck in a high dollar paint job, would you just paint the inside of the bed also or would you even consider a spay in liner?. I have seen expensive customized trucks on the net with these and wandered why. Thoughts?.
