wheel bearings...not sure

So I went down to the zone to get some new front wheel bearings and seals.
My option code in glovebox says j50(power brakes) I have the light duty brakes.
Anyway, the people at the zone could not tell from the computer which bearings I needed.
This is what comes up:

Please select one of the following:
With JB5, JD3, JD5 brake system
With JB1, JB3 brake system

I don't know how to decipher this to what I have...
Can someone help me please?
