Is it possible to have the small hump w/ a 4-spd 4WD?

Ordered some carpet from Chevy Duty (Classic Parts) to finish off my interior. I have a '74 K20 with a 4spd and transfer lever on the hump.

In their catalog they list "small hump" for 2wd and column shift cars, and "large hump" with use in 4wd floor shift cars.

I ordered the 'large hump' version - and I don't know how big the "large hump" is but when I installed it there is a TON of material and I can't get the carpet to fit right over the hump. It's just WAY to big.

Anyone have any problems or run-ins with this? I'm not sure if I have a poorly manufactured carpet, or if there is some other "large hump" car and mine should be using the 'small hump". What I've seen posted in other threads the large hump was used in 4WD cars, but would it be possible for a 4-spd 4WD car to have used the small hump?

I'm nervous about ordering again because I've already cut this carpet so I'm stuck with it.

Thanks!
