Seized 235; crankshaft bolt question

The '62 C10 I bought has a 235 engine and has set up for about five years. I put a hot battery on it and the starter engages when I hit the ignition, but the engine won't turn over. I sprayed WD-40 down all six spark plug holes, but still no movement. Usually, I put a 1/2 inch rachet/socket on the crank pulley bolt, but mine doesn't seem to have one. Does anybody know what size/thread bolt I need to get? Is there something else I might have overlooked on getting it started?
