Subwoofer Box for under bench seat

What do you guys think of this box? It's a little pricey at $190.

But the dimensions seem to be within spec for under a bench. i removed the cable from under the seat to make more room.

Here are the dimensions:

Anyone see any problems on why it may not fit?
