Should i buy it?

if many of you remember i had a 78 bonanza that had a bad head gasket. I sold it to a buddy of mine and then he fixed it. Now it runs great. it is a long bed but the body needs some work rocker panels are bad pretty much all and needs one new fender. tilt steering a/c nice seats etc... its a project but it does run and shift great..... he asked if i wanted to buy it back for $300 do yall think that is a good deal? could i part it out for that mch??
