Wondering what drop.

I've got an 81' GMC Sierra. I'm looking to drop it abit. I don't want it slammed right down but I do want to the look of a lowered truck. I was thinking about 2" drop in the front and 4" in the rear. I want the top of the tire (235/75 R15's) to be basically at the same height as the fender, or with a slight difference in height.

Would a 2" front and 4" rear give me the result I'm trying to describe here? If so, how would you recommend I go about doing this? Drop springs in the front and an axle flip in the rear? This truck is just my beater for when I dont want to drive the chevelle, so Im not apposed to cheap or 'ghetto' ways to drop my truck.
