finally started

Well I've been lurking around this site for a bit silently reading and learning for the most part, collecting the occasional part.( Great site by the way). I bought a 68 Lwb K20 about a year and a half ago. 350 4 on the floor and 4.56 gears. hadn't done much since then other than minor maint. I cleared out my garage on sat and today started to rip into it. Removed trailer hitch, lights and harness, and unbolted the bed. wasn't sure where to start, but I came into a 14b rear so going to rebuild from the back to the front. Felt so good to finally start after seeing so many motivating build threads Also planing on pulling the bed completely apart, I tried to remove some of the carriage bolts but the just spin, I know you guys know a sweet trick for getting these out.
Thanks
Ken
