Rear spring removal problem

I was trying to remove my rear coil & the through bolt on the bottom broke at the head(under trailing arm),looks like it was cracked to start with. Before I started I soaked it with PB Blaster all day but it is major rust welded in the trailing arm.I tried heat & more Blaster with a punch, even tried to use weight of the truck and a floor jack to press it out but no go.Any suggestions before I mess it up?
