Haven't been around in awhile.

Well, guys, I haven't been here in awhile. So, I thought I'd give a little update.

The 350 in my 86 shortbed locked up. Actually, the plastic sleeve on the oil pump shaft broke, and fell into the crank.

So, I built me a new motor and am finishing it up now. It should be a good daily driver.

Engine. From my 1988 Iroc.

350 standard bore.
10:1 compression
Custom hyd roller cam, 215/224 duration @.050" 110 lobe seperation. .490" .501" lift

Heads, Iroc centerbolts, fully ported, 3 angle valve job.
Roller tip rockers. 1.6
Performer intake 1" 3 hole spacer. Rebuilt quadrajet.

I am currently running manifolds and a single 2.5" exhaust no cat. But plan to add headers and duals.

I am getting ready to flip the rear, and drop the front along with a suspension rebuild.

Then, its paint time. Haven't decided on paint yet, but probably blue, and some candy.

WIll post pics when the time comes!
