Join Date: Jan 2001 Location: Toms River, NJ, USA (Transplanted Hoosier) Posts: 7,327	Quick ratio vs Variable ratio Looking to hear some experinces/opionions regarding Quick ratio vs Variable ratio steering gears. I do know that the variable gear may have a "softer" feel on the highway. It also has less turns lock to lock (quick - 3.5, variable - 3.25). What do you have, do you like it and why?
